These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through thesignaturetote.com. By placing an order with The Signature Tote, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Personalisation
Some products offered by The Signature Tote are personalised or made to order according to the customer’s specifications (for example, custom text, names, or designs).
Once production has started, personalised products cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are accurate before placing an order. The Signature Tote is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Prices & Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed at checkout
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
The Signature Tote does not store payment card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary, our standard shipping is between 9-14 working days
- The Signature Tote is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, except for personalised or custom-made products.
Personalised Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised or made to the customer’s specifications, as provided under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
Non-Personalised Products
For non-personalised products:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact The Signature Tote within 14 days of delivery at [your contact email], including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Signature Tote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Privacy

The Signature Tote reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
